Welcome to Mittal Orchid. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Reservations and Bookings
- Booking Confirmation: All reservations must be confirmed by providing a valid credit card. Your booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Payment: Payment must be made in accordance with the rate plan selected. Full payment may be required at the time of booking, or upon arrival, as specified in the reservation details.
2. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in requests will be accommodated based on room availability and may incur additional charges.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests will be subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur no charge.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled check-in time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-Show: No-shows will be charged one night’s stay, and no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are available as per the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Exceptions: Special offers or promotional rates may have different refund terms.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. Mittal Orchid reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates this policy.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged accordingly.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- Information Collection: We collect personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Data Security: We implement security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Liability
- Limitations: Mittal Orchid is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except as required by law. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kota, Rajasthan.
