  • Cancellations: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the check-in time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • No-Show: For no-shows, where guests do not check in and have not canceled their reservation, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied, and no refund will be issued.
  • Prepaid Reservations: For prepaid bookings, refunds are subject to the terms set forth by the booking platform or agency through which the reservation was made.

Refund Process

  • Request: To request a refund, please contact us with your booking reference number and cancellation details:
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
  • Fees: Any processing fees charged by the payment provider will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions

  • Special Offers: Reservations made under special offers or promotional rates may be subject to different cancellation and refund terms. Please review the specific terms and conditions associated with such bookings.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events), we may offer alternative arrangements or partial refunds as deemed appropriate.
